Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened packaging to ensure it is protected during transit; please include a copy of your invoice or the RMA form.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package back to our Melbourne warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and verification of receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the part to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
